An alternative way of looking…

This collection suggests an alternative way to look at nature, in particular birds. These images portray shapes, textures and colour, that captures the detail and provokes the viewer into an alternative way to look at an otherwise often overlooked aspect of its bearer.

Nothing you see here has been plucked or gathered, then laid out in a purposeful manner in an attempt to create a unique composition. All these images are an abstraction, small sections of real birds feathers attached firmly to its owner, either wild or captive, all living, all taken on location, then presented in an alternative way.

Let your imagination lead you….

These images allow the viewer to see what they will with their own eyes, allowing the mind to conjure what it feels reflects the imagination within, from out of the scene that is presented before them…
